I have been collecting everything about world records for 15 years. In 1988 I got my first (German) edition. Later I tried to get back numbers not only of the German edition, but also of the "original" British book. Now I have a complete set of the British editions, but I am still looking for other record books.

With the help of some friends I have got Guinness Books in several languages. Altogether, I have about 300 record books from 28 countries and newspaper cuttings about world records by the thousand.

I am still searching for some books about record breaking. This list contains the books in English language I am interested in.

If you should find other interesting books about records, newspaper cuttings, videos etc., you should not hesitate to drop me a line. Please note that I collect EVERYTHING ABOUT RECORDS. For that reason I am also looking for record books not published by Guinness. On the other hand I am not interested in books from Guinness Publishing about music etc. if they are not record books.

Of course it could happen that I get one of the books in this list from an other collector, book shop etc. Please contact me again before buying a book for me.
